So I set up pay Pal in 3 , one purchase from New balance one from IKEA. I had the 1st payment amounts pending on my account..then pay in 3 said payments due today..so I made the required payments for both items for the first month. For some reason I still have these amounts as pending and cleared on PayPal for both items . So in effect I've been charged twice for both items so I have double the amount currently coming out of my bank account. Will PayPal refund this ?
