I use PayPal to sell gift certificates for my business and suddenly I started to receive payments for services I don't provide for. A buyer reached out to say that someone is impersonating me and scamming people out of money for a particular item. The seller under paypal is coming up with my business name. What do I need to do? I refunded the buyer that reached out and would like to do the same for the rest of the buyers but wanted to check first if there were additional steps I needed to take.
