Hello! I’m from Nigeria and has been trying to make payment to a certain website through PayPal but PayPal keeps rejecting my cards. First it rejected My UBA MasterCard. Second, I had to go get a GTBANK prepaid dollar card but PayPal is still saying “this card cannot be used for this transaction”. Please I’m frustrated already, what should I do?
