I received an email from the company that I made the order through moments after I sent an email asking for a tracking number, that told me I had to pay another $350 for “insurance” required by the “agency”. When I told them I wouldn’t make any more payment and asked for a refund I never received any more communication. Here is a copy of what they sent me: Greetings to you ANDREW, We want to inform you that your payment was confirmed successfully. We are on the shipping process now, but the agency requires that packages that are shipped as valuable items should be insured. The INSURANCE FEE is fully REFUNDED to you during the delivery of your package 📦. Once this REFUNDABLE INSURANCE FEE is paid ,you will receive your tracking number so that you can track your package upon arrival. TOTAL INSURANCE FEE = $350 You can pay directly into our PAYPAL ACCOUNT BELOW PAYPAL https://flutterwave.com/pay/a0sttnscdrtl PLEASE SEND US A RECEIPT SHOWING PROOF OF PAYMENT. Thanks for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. All Best Electronic Store I submitted a claim and was denied, they say I did receive the item. PayPal gave no other information, they didn’t tell what supported their beliefs and didn’t even show me a tracking number. I was always told if I ordered on PayPal I was safe, this is not true. PayPal is part of the problem.
