i was charged for monthly billing without notification when subscribed for free premium user. Although it is stated that i would be notified 5 days before the charge to whether i would continue it or not. I had file a complaint to paypal for unauthorized transaction and paypal have gave final answer that my complaint was irrelevant. I'd tried also to the merchant, but they have no payment return policy. Anyone have this kind of issue also? Is paypal answer final?
