Cant Transfer money into PayPal when ever I click on transfer funds it comes with a massage saying (there's nothing to transfer now try again when you have paypal balance what does this mean and how do I fix also I am From nz I don't know if that affects the situation but other people i know have money in there PayPal so I don't think it does
