Following up on my original post. I called PayPal and told them what happened. The CSR was very helpful and found offered to refund me my money. He said that he would change the claim from "not authorized" to "did not receive product." This was almost 6 weeks after the initial complaint. I guess you have to pickup the phone and talk to a REAL person to get REAL results. Frustrating, but I got my money backQ
