I made a purchase which I never received. USPS tracking seems to show the item was signed for by me and it was delivered. I have never seen the item and definitely did not sign for it. It was supposedly delivered over a week ago. I should have been following the tracking the whole way but only discovered recently it tracking said it was delivered. I contacted the seller on Sunday and so far have not heard anything from them about it. Not sure where this is going because although tracking says it was delivered I never received it. Not sure what to do next.
