Hello, I recently made a withdrawal from PayPal to my bank account, but there was an error, and the money hasn’t arrived. PayPal requested information from my bank about the payment, and the bank replied that the money was sent to the account a while ago. However, the money still hasn't reached me. I’m wondering if there is a way for me to check if I entered the wrong IBAN number. For example, what happens if I enter the same IBAN on same or another account? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could check this? I will call the bank in the morning. Also, what about the phone number and my address? Are those not considered? What if they don’t match?
