I have X amount of PayPal balance that I initially received from my brother. I wanted to return the X amount back to my brother and yet, instead of deducting from my PayPal Balance, the amount was deducted from the debit card linked to my account. I tried removing the debit card and then sending the money back to him but there was no way to send unless I linked my card. How do I empty my PayPal balance? Also, what happens to my PayPal balance if I want to delete the account?
