Hello, quick question for anyone able to help me. I was sent some funds by a couple of family members and Paypal says that the transaction has been completed and I've received the money... but won't show my balance and when I go to move the money it says that I have an insufficient balance? Basically, where is my money? The problem arose the last few days.
