Hi, I purchased some Vera Bradley wallets and a bag from rigmaoprud and put in a dispute because I heard that it was a scam. They take your money but don't deliver the goods. It was declined on dispute because the seller said they shipped it. However, it says I received the items on 10/23/21 and I didn't. I have emailed the seller, but no answer. I just want my money refunded. Is there anything else that can be done? Is this a fraudulant seller? thanks, Kim
