CDKeys.com gave me a already used key for a video game and when I asked the company for a refund they denied me and also turned my key into a "Pending" status, if the key is legit why hide it from me? I paid for it didn't I? I moved the issue to PayPal and for the refund but they took the sellers side and closed the case. When I went to reopen the case with the proof it gives me a error every time but PayPal said it took the sellers side because lack of proof. I have since SS proof of this website scamming me out of my money and I still want my refund. Am I **bleep** out of money and what happened to buyers protection? Below are screen grabs.
