@Ulli_T Der Support des Shops hat mir jetzt folgendes geschrieben: "We have determined that there may be a discrepancy in the user agreement between PayPal and individual customers. We are currently waiting to hear back from PayPal as to whether or not we can assist in the technical resolution process. It is possible that the issue can only be resolved by PayPal directly." Naja, ist schon irgendwie komisch. In anderen Shops (habe diverse Seiten getestet) wird mir die Raten-Option von vornherein gegeben. Ich weiß auch definitiv, dass Bekannte bei besagtem Shop schon über Paypal-Ratenzahlung bezahlt haben. Ich wüsste nicht, warum mir Paypal in dem einen Shop die Möglichkeit verwehrt und bei einem Anderen es dann ohne Probleme funktioniert.
