I ordered an item the item was a counter top ice maker and i never received it i have the email that it has been shipped and the item is from china and its shipped from china post i tried contacting the seller but no response im running out of options i ordered the item Jan 20th 2022 I'm thinking I might have been scammed what do I do to get my money back if there isn't record of the transaction.
