What option should I be using? If I select "I want a refund", then I end up with a form where I have to explain what was wrong with the product, as opposed to the fact that it was ordered by a hacker (and probably delivered to them perfectly well). If I select "unauthorised activity in my PayPal account", I have to fill in a form as if my PayPal account has been compromised, which it hasn't (as far as I know).
