I have been using my little Paypal-issued security fob for years without any problem. Every time I sign-in or purchase something, the system asks for the 6-digit number, I push the button and enter the number that appears. Great. 🙂 Today the security fob started SOMETIMES displaying something before the 6-digit number appears. See the picture. The two numbers on the right vary; 05 or 03. The 6-digit code still works to get me in. Is it the battery? Is the thing getting ready to expire? Any ideas?
