Has anyone ordered from Sendering Trade Co., Ltd? (Via fb advert) I placed an order on 17th April 2022 for a very large LED patio umbrella (I read reviews before taking a chance) My item was never received even tho tracking showed ot had been delivered. I contacted Royal mail who confirmed it had been delivered but the tracking information I was given by the company did not relate to my name/address. I emailed to tell them this and surprise surprise, they blamed royal mail. I can jo longer find the website I ordered from but there are several selling the exact same item, same price, same advert! Google search never comes up with the exact name of this trading company. The last email I sent pinged back a postmaster failure (it's now disappeared from my email) PayPal have opened dispute so hopefully it'll be resolved, but just wondered if anyone else has had the same with this particular company ?
