I have added a user to my business account. I use Eventbrite to manage my events. When my user logs in to Eventbrite to pay invoices and picks PayPal as the bank account to make payments from, it brings up the login screen. However, the user cannot login using the username as it expects the user id to be an email. The user has tried his registered email address but it does not work. It looks like the only login credentials that can work there is the email id of the business account owner, which we don't want to do as we will have to share the password of the business account. This is creating issues for us, the user has been given full permissions, which includes paying invoices in PayPal. However, when trying to login through third party sites like Eventbrite, PayPal only accepts the business account owner to pay the invoices. (BTW, same issues occurs with mobile app, the user cannot login to the PayPal mobile app without an email address). Can someone please help, is there a permission I need to give the user or am I missing something more fundamental?
