The transaction was a so-called friend transaction i.e. directly to another Paypal account. The person appears to live in UAE. It was funded through my banking account, that's why it was deducted from my bank. In Paypal it says: money sent. ... View more

I transferred money to another paypal account but recipient claims not to have received the money. However there has been a deduction from my banking account.
