I tried to change my email address and received a confirmation email in my new account but when I try and confirm all I get is an error message and now everything I try to do with my account sends me to the same error page. Every attempt to confirm my email us the same. I am so frustrated as now I seem to be locked out of my account. Can I close it and reopen with me new email? I hate PayPal now. Is there any other alternative banking service that actually responds with real people?
