I think there is a URL problem : clicking on "Manage API permission" only reopens the very same page that is already displayed (this url).  It seems to be a redirection issue, so having the right url of "Manage API permission" page may solve the issue...but I have been unable to find it so far  ... Hello, I have the exact same issue on my side ! I can not manage any API via Paypal, on both prod and sandbox. Clicking on the button "Manage API permission" doesn't lead anywhere.
