Hi, I've recently opened a dispute on a purchase I made a little over 3 months ago because the merchant decided to remove the virtual goods from me, and I felt like my money was wasted, so I decided to open a dispute to get my money back but PayPal closed my case saying "your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute" even though the problem I have doesn't have anything to do with billing, it's an issue with my purchase. What can I do to get my money back now?
