This happened to me today and Paypal closed the file, stating it was authorized, within an hour or so. It concerns me that the data breach is within Paypal, as it is with two separate companies, one I have used for years (and within the last 4 months), the other I have used once 4 years ago. It is too strange and the ticket with Paypal is considered resolved and closed. I changed my password in May and again, twice, today.
