I saw PayPal deemed this an "authorized" transaction because the person who hacked me made a payment agreement with UberEats & closed the case! But I never made that agreement! I noticed an iPhone Opera & iPhone safari had access to my account as "recognized devices" but no one I know has iPhone, we are all Samsung phones in my home. It gained access to my account on August 19 & August 20, 2022. So that was obviously the hacker's device. PayPal won't allow me to open another dispute with that transaction & I am finding ZERO ways to report these devices that I don't recognize, to PayPal support! There's like no way to talk to a human. I removed the devices from my account, already changed my password earlier & added a 2-step auth process for further transactions but I don't know where to go from here! I don't understand how PayPal could've investigated this properly within an hour. How do I further contact someone at PayPal to tell them I didn't authorize this agreement & that there was an unrecognized device that had access to my account? I took screenshots of everything but I desperately need help. It is difficult going through this with a newborn to care for. They basically stole all the money I had in that bank account & I can't afford to get my son his formula & diapers tomorrow now. I don't know what to do.
