Hi I had the same issue with two same transactions on the 22nd of August 2022. The transactions are shown in my bank account as well as in the PayPal pay in three activity, both as pending. It is not an approved plan or a completed one. I DM them and wait for their reply. There is an answer in the help topics that these matters could get resolved within 24 hrs. and PayPal will set the transactions void meaning they will refund the money. We'll see
