Hi there! So on 25th of August of this year I tried subscribing to chegg.com using PayPal as payment method. The subscription costs 19.95$. There was more than enough money in PayPal and linked bank account. The payment method on chegg.com was declined, and since then they've taken from my PayPal and linked bank account 11 payments each of 19.95$ as "Authorisation". In PayPal these payments are marked as "Authorisation - Pending", but it's been almost two weeks now. I contacted the chegg.com support, and they said money would be returned after 5 business days, which never happened, so I contacted them again, and they said "You should check with PayPal because in our system the payments are declined".
