Thank you for your response. I was able to speak to an agent which was such a great guy and explain to me that the transaction of the refund was not labeled as a refund so that was their mistake so it was seen as a service of goods. but the problem was taken care of and the hold was removed and I really appreciated the agents help he was very thorough and very nice.
