I get an error when I try to add a new phone number. I've tried updating my old phone number, and so to do that I should add a new number and make it the primary one, and then remove the old phone number. The problem I am facing, though, is that when I add my new phone number to my profile, I get an error telling me: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I've tried to do the same thing on the mobile app, but there I get: "Please check your entries and try again." I am sure the phone number is correct, but for some reason, I just can't add it. (I can call and receive calls on that number, and it hasn't been a problem on any website.) Can someone help me with this problem? And thank you.
