PROTECTION AGAINST FRAUD ONLY IF SELLER COOPERATES Seller did not deliver so requested refund from seller on 12/10/22, as there was no answer opened dispute with PayPal and all seemed to go fine: seller (Lexy Trading LTD) accepted fault and 'sent' refund. all seemed fine until she cancelled refund on the 5th day before it cleared and sent refund again... so far she did it 3 times and PayPal is saying than I don't need to worry my money are safe(?!?!!) but we have 03/11/22 and my £3.6k is still with seller. PayPal is not doing anything to make sure I'll get the refund. today I was told that another case was opened and this time won't be closed until I get the money. So I decided to log on and check... no new cases just the one I opened initially which was closed as soon as seller accepted liability - they did not even wait to see if I get the refund ... TOTALY UNDERSTANDABLE!! IT'S ONLY £3600!!!
