Paypal keeps holding my money for 21 days and it really frustrates me. I am working as a freelancer and the payment method that my client is using is only Paypal. Whenever they send out our salary, it's only me who gets my money on hold. It's frustrating as I am living paycheck to paycheck, I have bills to pay and Paypal is the only reason my payments were delayed. How can I stop Paypal from holding my money? Do I need to send any government documents for them to prove that I am a real person with a clean record and not a criminal? I already requested for them to increase my monthly allowable transaction of Php20,000 - 50,000 a month, but they just ignores it and they did not give me any update. I tried to reach them through chat support but chat support is not available unless I select any transaction on my account (I have not a problem with any transaction, why would I select any of them?) I can't reach them through call as I am living outside the US.
