I am trying to receive a payment form a platform called hyperwallet related to the company I am working for but paypal keeps returning it. I am sure because I've contacted the people from hyperwallet and they confirmed that it's not from their side. Anyone with a similar issue or and idea as to why I can't receive it ?
more insight: I created the account from Egypt, I tried to link my Egyptian debit Mastercard but it wouldn't accept it, My account was personal at first but I made it business thinking that would solve the problem.
