Yeah, I called the number on the card for Synchrony, and then they connected me directly to PayPal for support... and then they reconnect me back to the number on the card. I was passed around for over 30 minutes. It's like nobody on support is aware of the fact you can't go in and download a CSV of your Credit card activity. I have never seen a card provider that doesn't give this option. I am just hoping somebody who can get things moving at PayPal to correct this sees this thread because no number called, support email sent, or chat on Facebook has gone anywhere for me.
