I uploaded the necessary documents weeks ago which the website confirms "upload completed" and "verified" but I am still seeing account alerts and receiving warning emails titled "A reminder to provide beneficial owner information for your business." These alerts state "Please provide this information by October 1, 2019. If we don’t receive it by then, we'll need to limit your account, and you won’t be able to receive payments." Is this a glitch or is there something else I need to do to actually "complete" this process?
