Thanks! Unfortunately, saying agent will not put you through to a person. It pops you back to the automated system no matter how you phrase it or which option you choose. Live chat is not actually live - it's also automated, so if your question varies from the selections offered, you aren't able to get an answer. I will try sending a message from Facebook.
