I recived money from a friend but fee was deducted, by mistake they may have selected payment for goods. whats the best way to get it refunded? should i return the amout and ask to pay again? will there be fees deducted if I return the payment? paypal help has not been helpful at all, no reply to emails/messages, phone call they say there is no agent available. thanks
