I am hoping for some advice I recently sold my dining table on facebook marketplace for $500 - I asked the seller to pay via paypal..... seems like a mistake now. So I hope someone can help me. As soon as the person paid I got an email saying this payment has been held as I don't have a business transaction account and the person sending the money would be required to pay an additional $450 for the payment to be released?! I can't even see the transaction on my activity page. There is nothing at all for this payment. I also have two email addresses on my PayPal account and the transaction went to the one that wasn't primary - I switched the email address to where the money was sent and still doesn't show. There is also no option for them to cancel the transaction. Any help with location / pending or cancellation would be greatly appreciated Thank you
