Hello! Brief update. I placed another Pay in 4 order yesterday (replicating my steps from my first attempt). So far, the process has been the same; under my "Activity" tab, it still shows up as a "Pending authorization," saying "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Pay in 4 completes your order." I've got plenty of funds in my PayPal account (both for the first payment, and for all four payments), so this shouldn't be an issue at all. It's been 24 hours, and I'm not sure why PayPal needs this much time (over a business day) to verify that I can cover one of the installments, or even all of the installments. At this point, I might just buy the ticket from Ticketmaster for the peace of mind of knowing that I've got my ticket.
