I have linked my Bank acc & debit card to paypal & Confirmed them but i cant verify any of them am i suppose to go to a different place to verify also can i get my account verified on a personal account or do i have to open a business account

If some one were to send me money to my paypal account would I give them my email address to my account, if I do they cant pull money out with just my emailaddress can they, Need answer soon please Thanks Mary
