@kernowlass  I do firmly believe that the option to withdrawn to a card in my country is available as seen there are many guide instruction on how to do it in my country language. When i clicked to withdrawn funds it give me none. Instead i click this button below and it gave this error instead. I also have some trouble trying to link my bank for some reason. ... View more

I am unable to transfer funds from my PayPal Balance to my VISA Debit Card. My PayPal account is not limited and have been confirmed everything. My Bank VISA Provider have also confirmed that my card is not locked or under any limitation I have also linked and confirmed my VISA Debit to my PayPal Account. PayPal have also confirmed to withdrawn 1,50$ to check card is active and have refunded the money.  ... View more
