Hello, I'm trying to purchase a pre owned L.V bag through a private seller. She insists that I pay her through family and friends stating that she can't receive the payment if I choose goods and services because she's not a business. Is that true? I know that if I choose F&F I will not be protected by PayPal. Thank you!
