Hi, Me as seller got a dispute from my buyer for a personal resale item(A used wedding dress in good condition).PayPal decided to ask buyer return the item and refund buyer which is totally ok to me as long as the item is returned with original condition so I can sale it to someone else. However, the dress returned with multiple obvious stains and flaws. I uploaded pictures into resolution center but paypal still decide in the buyers flavour. Refund has settled down… I have nowhere to argue. Does any one run into the same situation ?and provide some suggestions pls. Really appreciate it.
