I tried to buy some legos off from ali express, and was able to find bunch of discount coupons i can apply into. However, the card keep declining it saying that it was rejected due to security reasons and stuff, so i decided to change payment method into the paypal. It didn't seems to be working as the screen kept said they declined paypal either, and I thought i was just not able to make an order. But I have recieved an email that the paypal payment was pending and it already transfered the money outta my bank account! even though Aliexpress doesn't indicates any order i have made or any purchases i made, I wonder if anyone has the same issue as mine, or have any solutions..
