A few years ago before I got hacked by ransomware and the money he got was through PayPal and I had to change my email and stayed away from Paypal. Howbeit I am still being denied credit for a purchase of $150 that has a six month limit to not be charged interest. Why? My social security isn't high enough yearly income and they do owe me out of courtesy to make things right by me they're not supposed to enable online thievery. My question is really simple and the solution is also simple approve my little application it's the right thing to do PayPal you owe me both dignity and respect.
