My account was in France. I keep going round in circles with the French system which will NOT let you log in without sending a message to the phone I no longer have. I have emailed them (in French) and they haven't replied in two months, so I assume they won't at all. Tried UK office who could not have been less interested. Got very short shrift from them - just kept telling me to contact France (who either won't let me log in or to talk to them of ignore my e-mails. I'm trying to pay money on line to my grandson's honeymoon fund but the system blocks me every time. Anyone else got any ideas?
