So I found out the hard way that PayPal has created the perfect fraud environment for buyers to profit. Takes some patience—Here’s how it works: Buyer pays seller, Buyer waits more than 120 days but less than 180 days to file a PP dispute of item not received. PayPal sides with buyer EVERY TIME because tracking doesn’t work anymore (USPS doesn’t keep tracking past 120 days). This happened to me as the seller this week—sent an item in February provided tracking and used Pirate Ship so have evidence it shipped and was picked up at P.O., but PayPal sided with buyer. Now I’m out money and the item. So all a buyer has to do is go through their transactions to find this 60 day sweet spot and easily scam sellers out of money/items—anybody else see a flaw in this process?
