I'm having the same exact problem every time that I get a chance to add a funding source to my Georgia I hope account then continue towards PayPal. I don’t have a PayPal balance, but I do have a bank account already attached to my PayPal when it redirects it doesn’t even give it a mere second to stay on the previous page it’ll automatically have a pop-up saying that you need to add a bank account but I already did so can somebody please tell me what the real issue is so I could use PayPal to transfer my funds into immediate help
