Hello,   I have just received today the refund from Namecheap, Inc. in my PayPal account, and the funds are appearing in the Insights section, but they do not reflect in my PayPal balance.    I would like to mention that I have not made any purchase or withdrawal transactions after this refund.    Please clarify this for me.   Thank you, ...
