FRADULENT CHARGES BY PAYPAL MARGINAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ONLINE.COM - $78.33 I disputed this charge and was given credit for it, but PayPal reversed the charge. I have done and said everything I know to do to EXPLAIN THAT THIS IS NOT MY CHARGE. PayPal has turned it over to a collection agency and how stupid this move is, because I WILL NOT PAY THIS.
