Hi, I tried to use my paypal account to pay online but I received a notification that my account has been limited and I need to submit a document proof that I live in the address that I put in my account which I did. I submit a bank statement showing my address but after a day I received the below notification. We're permanently limiting your account. You can no longer use PayPal as we've decided to permanently limit your account after a review. How can I make a disputes? I am not in the USA. Please help I need my money.
